The Western Anesthesia Residents' Conference is specifically designed for anesthesiology residents from the 19 anesthesiology residencies in the Western United States. The WARC is one of the most highly regarded resident conferences in the country. This scientific program is an exceptional opportunity for you to meet with 200 or more anesthesiologists. In addition, the Chairmen of the Anesthesiology Departments of the Western United States will be in attendance.

The Exhibition Hall: Magic Kingdom Ballroom (MKB)

Vendors will occupy one of the Quadrants of the MKB


  • Note that Quadrant for Vendors will also be the designated area for refreshment for all the breaks and refreshments [ie, coffee, snacks, etc.] continuously throughout the conference.
  • Friday pm and Saturday am registration will be at the Marina West Foyer.

  • Vendors must ship items no more than 24 hours in advance of your representative's arrival at the hotel and must be  shipped out within 24 hours of the end of the conference.
  • There is a handling charge ($40 per hundred weight, minimum $7 per box, additional charges may apply for large/heavy boxes).
